Campus Activewear Limited, India’s most prominent sports and athleisure footwear brand, needed to relocate its corporate office to Delhi-NCR with 20,000 to 50,000 sq. ft office space. The challenges included the evaluation of the best-suited location and building that represented a brand of high stature and was accessible to all employees. Strategies used included research, multiple site inspections, defining the headcount of teams, and recommended developments on NH8. The rigorous follow-up of 6 months with the client, involvement of the brand’s top management, and consistent rental negotiation with the developer led to the successful closure of the transaction.
