Analytix Business Solutions (Sub Lessee) and Gujarat’s largest co-working and serviced office space provider The Address (Sub Lessor) were looking for a fully furnished and managed office space with a seating capacity of 1,000 people. Sara Global narrowed down the managed service provider and held negotiation meetings to ensure a win-win situation for all parties involved. The transaction was successful, adding 70,000 sq. ft. of a super built-up area at Sun Westbank.
